How does the free trial work?
7 days of full Pro-plan access with no card on file. We remind you on day 5; if you do nothing the trial closes automatically at no cost.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the dashboard. The difference is pro-rated against the current month.
What counts as an 'online order' for the 0.5% fee?
QR menu, online ordering, and delivery platforms (Wolt / Foodora / Uber Eats). The fee doesn't apply to orders placed at the physical POS.
What's included in 'unlimited screens' (Pro)?
Every screen you connect (menu boards, KDS, customer-facing, pickup displays). Screens are free on top of the Pro subscription.
How is Enterprise billed?
Custom quote based on number of locations, transaction volume, and which integrations are included. Typically annual contract with quarterly billing.
